The awards of. Short Film Competition, organized by Iva Natura Organic Cosmetics for social responsibility project were announced.


The winner of the competition was' Yayla with Mehmet Öztürk.


Second was  “Hidden Paradise” with Çağatay Çelikbaş, the third one was Berceste with Ali Can Uğuz. Yiğit Erkol with his film Lisinia  and Durdu Kemal Ulun with film Şifacı Ana were the honourable mention gainers. ‘. The special award of the jury was the Blue Compass  film with Evrim İnci.   Gayrettepe. Şebnem Schaefer and Orhan Bozkurt performed as the presenter at Sami Şekeroğlu Cinema and TV Center hall.


















Iva Natura Organic Cosmetics, a short film contest organized for the social responsibility project was found worthy of the awards of Van Lake, the tonic for the skin, peeling from the Salt Lake, and anti-aging creams from the undead.


The first prize was given to ’Yayla with Mehmet Öztürk, Çağatay Çelikbaş with ay Saklı Cennet and Berceste‘ with Anıl Can Uğuz.  Lisinia a and Yiğit Erkol and ’Şifacı Ana ve, Durdu Kemal Ulun won the honorable mention. The special award of the jury was ‘Mavi Pusula’ with Evrim İnci.


Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Şebnem Schaefer and Orhan Bozkurt hosted the award ceremony at the Sami Şekeroğlu Cinema and TV Center Hall. General Manager and Chairman of the organizing committee of the competition Levent Kahrıman; documentary, graphic animation, experimental, fiction, and many different short films in different areas such as participating in the process of pre-selection said.


Kahriman reminded that the main theme of the competition, which was organized for the first time this year, was Cosmetic Plants of Anatolia. We are very pleased with the interest, shown in the competition. We plan to sustain  the short film competition long-term basis.


Dervis Zaim, Coşkun Aral, Uğur İçbak, Özcan Yüksek, Ferhat Kazancı, Müge Boz, Didem Balçın, Professor Dr. Hüsnü Can Başer, Günnihal Demir, Oya Ayman and Tevfik Baser have determined the winning films as jury members,  who are of important figures of our country.


Prof. İbrahim Saraçoğu was given a plaque for his studies on the seeds of Anatolia. In addition, the author Handan Gokcek supported with the  presentation of mythological stories of the plants.
